Shepherd`s Corner
Crescent Shepherd Transportation Unit transports children to Shrine Hospitals from thirteen of the
twenty one counties of New Jersey.
Our area of responsibility covers north from above Phillipsburg along the Delaware River to above
Red Bank along the ocean, south to Cape May.
Most of our drivers are from two areas. The first area is Camden and nearby. The second area is
from Lakewood to Forked River.
We have some counties with only one or two drivers, some counties with NO drivers. North of
Trenton and Freehold we have only two drivers for all those counties.
South from Glassboro and Forked River all the way south to Cape May we have only ONE driver.
This is an enormous area, much too much for just one driver.
Please consider driving if you can transport children to Philadelphia Shrine Hospital, especially if
you reside in the areas mentioned.
